WHEN WILL YOU RESTOCK OUR FAVORITE PRODUCT ?
All cloth is one of a kind. Once a product is sold out, the likelihood of restocking the same cloth is rare.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY ?
Any Complaint concerning the delivery of products must be submitted within 14 working days of receipt of the product at info@blackunicornbk.com.
Items returned must be in their original packaging & labels, unused and according to the following shipping conditions. Customers must first contact BlackUnicornBK at info@blackunicornbk.com. and request the return address.

Our hours of operation are Monday -Saturday 9 am to 6 pm EST. For all inquiries you can email info@blackunicornbk.com; Please allow 24-72 business hours (1-3 business days) for a response. Please note that business days do not include holidays that may fall on a weekday. We appreciate your patience as we are not creating fast fashion.
