Returns + Refunds + Exchange
Returns
Due to the nature of our small business all sale items are final.
Any Complaint concerning the delivery of products must be submitted within 14 working days of receipt of the product at info@blackunicornbk.com..
Items returned must be in their original packaging & labels, unused and according to the following shipping conditions. Customers must first contact BlackUnicornBK at info@blackunicornbk.com. and request the return address. The return confirmation details must be indicated in the subject field and attached to the order. No package will be accepted without the following procedure.
Any package returned after the prescribed time will be refused and returned to the sender. The costs relating to the return of the items are the responsibility of the sender.
Refunds
Upon receipt of the items returned, our customer service will send confirmation of receipt to the customer’s email address. If all items are unused, an approval for refund notification will be sent via email and refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
Only defective items are eligible for exchange. Please note our cloth is one of a kind, so there is no guarantee that the replacement will be for the exact cloth you purchased. Please contact us at info@blackunicornbk.com. and provide your reason for exchange and order number in the subject field. All exchanges are contingent upon approval.
